Goods cards can be assigned to Stores and Factories to increase their Coins/h. This is done in the Goods Assignment screen, which can be accessed by tapping a Store or Factory.

Once in the Goods Assignment screen, simply drag a Goods card into an empty slot. There is a Coin cost associated with assigning a Good, though you will be refunded should you ever unassign a Good from a slot.
