Each character has a Star rank and a Level. The Stars represents their rank within their (or your) organization. Levels represents their experience in the field.

Stars
Every character has a Star rank that ranges from 1 Star to 5 Stars. The more Stars a character has, the stronger they are.

To increase a Character's Star rank (aka "Star Up"), there are two requirements:

  1. The player must collect the required amount of cards for a given Character
  2. The Character must reach the maximum Level of his current Star rank

Levels
Character Levels are directly associated with Character Characteristics and stats. If a Character Level increases (aka "Level Up") their Characteristics will increase as well.

In order to Level Up, a Character must gain Character Experience Points (CXP).

CXP is gained through three main areas of activity:

  • Participating in Ransacks
  • Participating in Takeovers
  • Leveling up directly via the Character Training hub

Before starting a Ransack or a Takeover, you can see how much CXP your Characters will gain.
