As long as you log in with Facebook, you will be able to transfer your saved progress from one device to another without a problem.

First, Install the game from whatever storefront you use.

Next, connect to the same Facebook account you originally used on your old device.

Finally, select which save you would like to use, either the save from your new device, or the save stored with your Facebook account.
